Forget whether he served IN Vietnam on the ground during combat. I'll be sure to tell all the servicemen and women of the armed forces of both Canada and the United states, that if they are not seeing active combat, they are not veterans. Engineers etc. To bad for you.

There are a couple of cases where he claimed to be in Vietnam. Usually he just leaves it up to the "journalist" to add that.

To be clear. I don't like him being disingenuous with those statements. But assuming he simply was a non-combatant, I was simply pointing out they play a valuable role nonetheless.

No kidding. We see that the guy who got shipped to Europe or left in the states made the same commitment to his country as the one who got shipped to Vietnam. A lot of people don't think that way and our propaganda outlets are aiming their dreck at those people.
