My great grandfather came from Mexico and worked in Galveston building the railroad system. While there he taught himself English, changed his name to sound more American and saved up money to bring his family up. They were all proud Americans soon after.

To be quite fair, there are a lot of Armenians in Glendale, *California* who are not known for their economic achievements but rather for their low IQ behaviours. California certainly has its fair share of bad districts
