CA pays for these births and subsidizes them. Meanwhile, those who plan to have families now have tax rates and fees so high it’s not/barely affordable to them, but they don’t qualify for the low/no income subsidies. They won’t lower their lifestyle, so no/few kids.
-
Further, there is an entitled mentality that state-benefit recipients have. Ask someone who works in healthcare or unemployment offices. CA is a state model for population replacement.

Why are you obsessed with this stuff? It's not your country. I am assuming Canada has it's own problems you could worry about.
-
We do have our own problems Stefan is one of those problems.

Hispanics overall living in their own countries have stronger christian and moral values than northamericans (including Canadians). Religion and morality are still stronger in Latin America than in US and Canada where atheism and perversion are rampant.

Do you mean born out of wedlock. Or did you mis type illiteracy? Which is wonderfully ironic.
-
The former, and 'ironic' applies to your comment perfectly as well! Funny!

It's 2019. Making crass judgements on vast numbers of humans because their parents aren't married is just nothing
