I’ve been traveling MX since late 70’s, always heard how prejudice they are explaining why the few whites have all the wealth. After living there 5 years,I realize 95% indigenous simple farmers, 5% European businessmen.

Eurasian environment has been brutal too. The real reason for different IQ evolution is that Africa is naturally a garden of Eden where you can pick and eat everything and you don't have to prepare for winters, thus there was no environmental pressure to be smarter.

Within the credible social sciences community (which does not include stefan): IQ correlates with intelligence -> agreed on by many/most. IQ based on genetics -> not as agreed on, many studies showing it isn’t

Awful the way people confuse IQ with education. Before the Left destroyed IQ testing, it had become clear that if all members of a group received coaching the resultant group's IQ scores would be normalised correctly. Visuo-spatial tests are free of culture/education bias.

Cultural bias my ass, East Asians do well and they weren't involved with inventing IQ tests. The Japanese were a bunch of goldfish tenders stuck centuries in the past before rapid modernization, they were able to adapt because the populace was still intelligent.
