Universalisation of US healthcare will gradually turn it into the NHS. NHS is a 3d world-lack of beds, poor morals, doctors earn less than entry level real estate managers, a british nurse is a rarity (probably someone w mental issues as no sane person takes the job) etc

Isn't it enough to just give the people the insulin (maybe other hormons) that they need? Can't this just be done at a pharmacy instead at the hospital. But yeah, taxpayers need to pay for the insulin to some degree anyways.

Until the amputations and whatnot. Lots of side effects as it progresses. By the way I was at an ER in Naco last week, border patrol taking handcuffed illegal in for treatment. Looked like a routine thing. Cost of apprehension plus medical treatment plus detention. Off the hook.

I work in healthcare and this is only partially true. Its probably about 10% yes Latinos over represent but not just because of genes. Many of them are undocs and receive whats called restricted benefits Medi-cal which does not cover insulin but does cover diabetic hospital stays
