systemic oppression is when a system creates unequal conditions for different groups of people. this is the explanation. additional help, just in case: this means that the groups as a whole are disadvantaged, not every single member of these groups, hence: some rich black people

Then argue for meritocracy and strive to make it one. Results are always unequal. No system in the US creates unequal conditions as it's very object. Ergo, your argument is null and void. If anything, there's discrimination in favour of minorities, that's systemic oppression.
