That's been tried. It has been pointed out that good as it may feel, it only increases the market for slaves.
-
I'm sure the one bought and set free would argue that point.

You could say the same of AllLivesMatter since they pretend to care about all lives. No?

Wouldn't that only encourage slavers? I mean, they bring a product to market. If it's readily bought up, they'll realise demand is greater and will want to enslave and sell more of them. Rare occurrence of you not thinking this one through?
-
However... If they would really do that, and post about it, then governments around the world cannot afford to ignore this anymore, and would be forced to intervene. Because if they do not intervene, there will be riots like you've never seen before....
-
So you don't think govts around the world don't know about this? You think Obama and Hillary don't know about this? Do you think no updates were given to them after they toppled the former Libyan govt?
-
Well sure they do, but if you read what I said, you'd understand that when people start protesting they fear loosing votes. Since, how can a politician talk about not wanting walls, and wants more migration (because they love all people), and at the same time not care about that.
-
Anyway. Back to original intent of my initial reply to Stefan. Buying slaves will only encourage the practice, not stop it.
-
At least we are on the same side, and want the best for everybody. Thanks man, I really mean it.
-
I saw that too. Just an exchange of ideas, it's all positive.

If this is an issue that's important to you, what are you doing to resolve it?
-
In other words, it’s not that important to you.
