IQ and aptitude has a very minor relationship. Einstein is revered for the highest IQ, yet he didn't have the aptitude to become president. I see IQ testing as a test to establish a person's reasoning ability, to see how they apply logic to established evidence. Am I wrong?

IQ determines many outcomes. However, where I live, there are low IQ people who are none-the-less gifted in other ways. They cannot start businesses because the compliance requirements are beyond their comprehension. Low IQ people can succeed if we eliminate "IQ-test tax codes."
