That’s more a statement of the GOP’s horrible messaging than Hispanics’ underlying politics. Hispanics are by and large more religious, more socially conservative and more pro-life than other demographics. The GOP simply hasn’t done a good job of attracting Hispanic voters.

Well, the GOP does try to appeal to more abstract principles that may be difficult for a lower IQ voter to understand, pretty much as Molyneux has been saying.

GOP does not try to appeal to abstract principles and certainly not in the age of Trump. It’s become all emotion. But they also have made very poor efforts at reaching out to the Hispanic community and explaining how conservatism is more aligned with their values than liberalism

Benjamin Franklin thought the US would be destroyed by the influx of poor, uneducated Germans. The same was said about Irish, Italians, Poles, etc, all who were not considered “white”. Every generation has made the same prediction, yet America has continually proved them wrong.

El Paso is over 80% Hispanic, yet has been rated one of the safest cities in the US since the late 90s.

It’s strange because you are correct they do overwhelmingly vote Democrat, but when u get to know them and talk to them they seem to have conservative values in my experience.
