Gainesville, Georgia has THE highest concentration of illegal immigrants. 10% of the entire city population are illegals. My wife worked at a small school here where illegals applied, using stolen SS#s (or borrow from anchor babies) and also got tuition aide. They openly admit it

I practice in a country with government regulated prices. Kids require much more time, you have to earn their trust, comfort them, explain every step which can't be billed . I could just not treat them adding extras to the bill allows me to help the kids, they can't help it
