    Still resembles the "If we evolved from chimps, why are there still chimps?" argument. Both have been evolving to best adapt to the needs of their environ. Africa required diff technology than Euro-Asia and subsequent colonial poverty stunted further development.

        IQ is a measure of trouble solving and reasoning skills. Pattern recognition, estimation, and Prediction. Being able to solve stupid riddles and math equations has nothing to do with a person's IQ.
