The query optimizer moves in mysterious ways, determinism is not exactly my first association... Also, the myriad of syntaxes does confuse things. I prefer != over <> because it's more logically consistent with non-discrete data types and doesn't read "more-or-less" in my head.

what does government have to do with property taxes being used to fund schools, that doesn't make any sense, Stefan. Poorer areas have lower land values so lower taxes used to fund public schools, and fewer (good) private schools by proxy.

Yes, but why can’t we block content a la carte on Netflix? We should be able to hide the content and its imagery from the home/search screen.
