IQ/income correlation is close to 0.5, which is a nice tidy number – any higher would be an strong argument for biological determinism.pic.twitter.com/OLnxoznrDX

@StefanMolyneux A question; are there any sources that examine those with High IQ’s that underperform monetarily? Are their patterns of behavior or upbringing that might explain that phenomenon that you are aware of? Thanks in advance.
From the linked source -, "....thus 83 is considered the best estimate of the American homeless." This is determined by the author siting one homeless shelter study in America of 80 males and one shelter in Britain of a mystery amount of males The statistical "best estimate" ;)
I'm sure the correlation tightens up for I.Q.'s under 100 if we filtered out higher I.Q.'s, as geniuses may or may not be wealthy, but the vast majority of idiots are poor.
Why not just have a feudal system based on IQ with marginal room for generational adjustment (though very little would be necessary). It would far more efficient.
The paper's author's stated bias before the stats gathering had begun "largely confirm my repeated assertion that average IQ increases by 8-10 points for every ten-fold increase in income" And this is the source of stats I originally missed, like it mattered? Got any others?
