I have an IQ of 136, I'm a long was from a self made billionaire. I think the IQ threshold for that is much higher.

This graph fits nicely with the fact that as you get higher along that wealth hierarchy, Ashkenazi Jews' over representation increases. Of self-made decabillionaires, 70 % despite totaling below 2 % of the whole population in the USA.

.5 isn't that high of a correlation.

It's stronger at the lower end and weaker at the higher end because IQ increases the things you are capable of but it doesn't guarantee you will act out your potential. 120 IQ you can be a millionaire CEO or a janitor who likes audiobooks.

Thx. Interesting. Corroborates the 0.5 guess. The source of the numbers is a bit loosy goosy, but reasonable and intuitive. Still, the 0.5 allows for other factors such as those I mentioned. Thx for posting.
