Asians have highest visuo-spatial IQ, Ashkenazi Jews barely avg. As for verbal-linguistic & logic-mathematical, A. Jews have unfathomable avg of >120. Thus, not that over represented in engineering & architecture but as for science, business, art & literature, spellbindingly so.

I personally am not so sure of the disparity as the science of IQ determination has a way to go before perfection. I can assure you put to the test in real life conditions neather east Asians or ashkenazi jews on average can perform in the broader constructs required to survive.
