1. IQ test are strong predictors of job performance, regardless of education. Think how much it would help the poor if you could submit an IQ test with a job application. You wouldn’t have to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on college, just a couple hundred on a test.

Is it legal for prospective employers to request SAT or equivalent scores? That's an IQ proxy. If not, It's one reason why ivy league/quality schools are favored during campus hiring. This bias unfortunately places talented, high IQ students in other schools at a disadvantage.

Many people are brain damaged from toxins (vaccines, big pharma), gonna be interesting in the days ahead... anticipating 1 in 6 will be autistic (if it hasn't happened already), once we are down low enough they can file us through the gas chambers, we'll never know it.
All seven of the IQ tests I have participated in were administered by my employers. If you work in critical jobs with big dollar equipment and a lot of lives at stake, they tend to want to know how good your troubleshooting skills are, before they throw you the keys.

You put so much faith in IQ tests. Do you look at different types of intelligence? How do you explain lower iq people running businesses and countries over higher iq individuals? Base on your IQ argument Asians should rule the world but they don't. How?
Anyone with a low IQ score (or who hasn't had a test but think they would score low) is probably against using IQ as any qualifier for *anything*. Self-preservation is not exclusive to smart people.
Ok this is an idea sure. However I believe the full and more granular WAISIII or IV would be better to job match candidates based upon specific cognitive strengths and deficits. Also EQ in caring, teaching, customer service and sales roles is a vital component.
Also this does not take into account things like health, mobility, motivation and fitness to work in the profession. A broader range of testing than IQ is necessary. I do however wish I could skip psychometric assessments with a valid psychological assessment.
