If diversity is so great, why don't they encourage Europeans and Americans to go to Africa and Asia to run businesses and attend universities, improve their economies. That's colonialism ...I forgot.

Diversity seems to cause conflict. The whole idea of putting people from different cultures, races, and religions together and expect them to all hold hands and get along doesn’t seem to work. In an ideal world it could. But this is not an ideal world.

If it were to happen organically without it being forced then I could see it working better. Shoving it in people’s faces seems to create animosity and tension

Strength does NOT come from diversity, rather, diversity is POSSIBLE because of strength. How this has been so confused by simpletons is egregious.
