I support a childrens school that is entirely privately funded (donations) (Kurn Hattin). Kids are technically unemployable and need help, and even they get it.

They are not helped now because of politics. I would be easy(?) to setup a program where they can learn (or keep up) work ethics. The cost of that will eventually pay back itself. But that would cost votes to some parties.

Where would the accountability be? People will find all sort of justifications to forego that responsibility when they have to actively every time.
