An average IQ of 80? Again, where are you getting these numbers? Regardless, IQ tests typically favour Europeans/North Americans due to cultural biases and where the tests are produced. However, I still find these numbers difficult to believe.

IQ measures a single, very specific -- and not especially useful -- type of intelligence. People with extremely high IQs are far more likely to end up coding or designing traffic grids than they are to do something genuinely innovative.
