@StefanMolyneux surely the first step is to take away suffrage from those that consistently don't pay tax? Otherwise no party can ever get elected on a reduce/scrap welfare ticket.

Ultimately that means that instead of an impersonal agency determing whether someone is worthy or unworthy, sole discretion could be in the hands of one person. The poor should not exist upon the whim of someone who could be a malignant narcissist.

Yea, down at the human scale, close in, intelligence and perception remains. (And good old saving discrimination.)

Perfect work for mothers (and/or fathers) who’s children have left home. All that experience in creating a family, what a wonderful job they would do fostering a community and local charities.
