That's because you married a responsible stable intelligent woman. Quality men earn the love of quality women. Of course in the age of feminism. A quality man is anyone not obese who finished highschool and has at least a part time job.

If someone is still throwing things during disagreements, maybe they aren't mature enough for marriage. That goes double if you do something with the intent to instill fear in someone that you love.
