Then shouldn't we be extra vocal about how to preserve IQ? By for example educating people about the effects of spanking and benefits of breastfeeding. It is sad but no surprise that lower IQ races are more violent with their children.

Is there good data on the effects of pre-natal care? I.e - the mother keeping a good diet, exercise, ect? Even though we may know some ways to allow for the genetic potential to be realized, I don't know that enough mothers are aware of what all they should be doing

Why are you focusing on interventions? Maybe it’s about eliminating some factor from your life, like diet, or fixing something, i.e. sleeping habits.
