The most important point to note here is that heritability between individuals in a population has nothing to do with group differences. Even if it is a very high figure. It's a red herring

I’ve raised a lot of kids both by birth and adopted. IQ is genetic. High IQ is a gift from God much like a great singing voice or athletic skill. There is no equal or fair about it. It just is. Humans can not do whatever they dream of. That’s a lie.
