Cold Spring Harbor has a problem. They were the CENTER of the progressive era eugenics movement, and to them "different" meant "lesser and should not breed." Now when they say "different," the rest of the sentiment rings in people's heads. They should have just shut it down.

Why would it matter per human? And the globe isnt a meatloaf, you don’t get an exact recipe for how it cooks.
