Whatever happened to the pension crisis ? There was all this talk about the baby boomers and the massive population growth that we wont be able ti pay pensions for. Now canada wants 1 million more migrants over 5 years, how are we going to afford to pay for both ?

Last place I was a manager at, I saw HR meeting reports and notes that were starting to suggest managers be given a "diversity scorecard". Plus take "inclusivity training". To assure managers had an "equal" representation on their teams. As opposed to hiring based on merit.

Why not allow people to have whatever biases or prejudices they want to have. Why do we need to prescribe to people which biases are acceptable.
