I as well get thrown under this “privileged” bus yet I was raised by a single mother. I don’t know half my family and my mother stifled my growth. It feels like I’m being gaslight by society. I’m just so happy I found my wife. She saved me and allowed me to excel.

I raised my kids all five without welfare. I worked hard because I didn't want to live under restriction for what I could earn. Welfare recipients made more but we lived better.

I grew up in a poor white neighborhood. We never received a penny of welfare. My father was too proud for that.
