Does anyone else get the feeling that pathetic panderers like mayor DeBalsio of NYC are dog whistling to the huge number of Chinese undocumented living in his city. They remain silent..but the influence of The Chinese Gov't is probably occurring behind the scenes. As usual.

Not an IQ issue. IQ really is effective at determining extremely low levels of intelligence. The issue isn’t IQ... it’s lack of shared values... plenty of low IQ people share western values.
