Take the personalities out and look at their contributions and i think we can all benefit from both sides of the story.

I dont think that guy understands how people from India immigrate. Those coming over would be the best of the best in India, which is what we want.

I don't disagree, however, what about my friend, a master cabinet maker, who works for an Indian professor building his mansions, but struggles every day with buying groceries?

Of course, that's the path of least resistance but it still doesn't get to the root of the problem.

Research "Tamil Brahmins IQ". There are different strata in India. Indian immigrants that come to the USA are among the wealthiest and most educated of their countrymen.

By this logic, there should be a quantum leap in the IQ level of Europeans from the dark ages to present day. Worth a study.🙄🙄

@StefanMolyneux is it really more likely that high-income Indian Americans have children who are less successful than the average American? Seems to me like taking the best and brightest from around the world only makes sense.

Their kids do well in the US - well represented among National Merit Scholars and Math Olympiad teams etc. Guessing parents were above 100 IQ, and the kids IQ was boosted by 1st World conditions. How the 3rd gen turns out? BC long settled E.Indians seem to be at the white ave.

You have supplied no data for your theory that they are regressing to the mean, though. And this still doesn't explain vs Chinese Americans Taiwanese Americans, Italian Americans, etc, salaries being lower and obv. not regressing to the mean upward w/ commensurate salary figures

And who reaches the United States from that country? Doctors, programmers, engineers...all the smartest that India has to offer. All hoovered up by globalist Western multinationals. And this causes brain drain in their native countries. It's a win-lose game.

And, of course, culture matters...a LOT. A modestly intelligent individual in an orderly, productive society will fare far better, and PERFORM far better, than were he in a corrupt, plundering society.
