Not outside the realm at all. Japan has tested stem cells on pancreatic cancer patients and found success in reducing the number of cancer cells. In the US research has shown that stem cells can repair severed spinal cords in paralyzed mice, restoring their mobility.
So the troll from before can pick up Stef's hair (?) and test for his IQ, mystery solved :P
Of course race is not just about IQ.
What do governments do when they have the power of technology? Use it as a weapon. This is not good.
lol. This is a disaster waiting to happen and the fact that you haven't pointed out the obvious makes me think you're just as bought and paid for as any politician. What will happen is the few with access to the science/funding will label "obedience" or some other trait desirable
in the eyes of the elite as "intelligence" and parents will begin unwittingly requesting that their offspring be genetically modified to be zombie puppets under the pretense of selecting for intelligence. There's is literally not one government or institutions' 'science' I trust
