Over the last 18 months, more than 500 genes have been linked to performance on an IQ test. A forthcoming report will establish links to 1,000 genes. We can now read the DNA of a young child and get some idea of how intelligent he or she will be It’s going to make us all richer

Stefan do you think this kind of science and tech could be combined with stem cell type research culminating in the ability to fix nerves, grow limbs, grow organs, and make it possible to “fix” ourselves.... Is that too “outside the realm” ❓

Not outside the realm at all. Japan has tested stem cells on pancreatic cancer patients and found success in reducing the number of cancer cells. In the US research has shown that stem cells can repair severed spinal cords in paralyzed mice, restoring their mobility.

What do governments do when they have the power of technology? Use it as a weapon. This is not good.

lol. This is a disaster waiting to happen and the fact that you haven't pointed out the obvious makes me think you're just as bought and paid for as any politician. What will happen is the few with access to the science/funding will label "obedience" or some other trait desirable

in the eyes of the elite as "intelligence" and parents will begin unwittingly requesting that their offspring be genetically modified to be zombie puppets under the pretense of selecting for intelligence. There's is literally not one government or institutions' 'science' I trust
