In the US Arabs are today classed as "White." We need a strict definition of what we're talking about. I don't disagree with your point by the way, just saying that it's a classification that has changed over time.

Irish descendants actually have some of their own characteristics. I read an article a few years back called. “Irish a race of their own.” Or something close to that. I’m Irish myself so it was a good read.
