Better: Is experiencing the benefits of a structured state--highways, defense, parks, etc--w/o paying taxes theft?

See these things that the taxpayer benefit from are not the dreaded “taxation without representation.” But when billions of taxpayer dollars go to foreign states without return investment, now that is indeed theft - especially since its most often done for politicians profit.

"billions of taxpayer dollars go to foreign states without return investment" Return: * Make world more stable, lowering risk of future world wars that will deplete roesources * Promote trading partners that will buy American goods.

And when this doesn’t happen and the aid continues anyway? I could think of a number of states this applies to off the top of my head, and would be able to show more with D. of State’s foreign aid data sheet. Also, since when did those immaterial returns become US taxpayer burden
