It's insincere to believe that all White/European nations were always bastions of high IQ and prosperity. A century ago, most immigration to America, Canada, Australia, etc was from the poorer parts of Europe. Non-white immigration is largely a recent phenomenon.

I understand that IQ is heritable and that different races have different average levels of intelligence and that different races create different societies, nevertheless, IQ does fluctuate. White people from poorer nations had lower IQs a century ago.
