Not just IQ it was also due to Cold War & Marshall plans & re-industrialization of war zones in Far east & Europe. After WWs the economy was mainly US & Western Europe. Whatever is planned it worked

It HASN’T worked yet in Afghanistan or the Middle East. This may well be due to the productivity difference, or needing different strategies or a whole range of issues. Or maybe it’s truly impossible. But we can’t discuss the reasons until we’re allowed to have a discussion.
