Wrong. Do some research on the Carboniferous era and the ppm of carbon then as compared to now. Don’t forget the average ambient temps.

It's more complicated than picking a number for the whole world. We don't have enough plants to absorb all of the CO2 we're producing, and it's ending up in the atmosphere. Plants will enjoy rising CO2 levels more than we will, but it will eventually harm them too.
