Mass migration into Western countries is using the debt of the welfare state to prop up the value of Boomer real estate. Population decline means lower house prices, which destroys the Ponzi scheme of modern central banking.

Europe and the west is bankrupt anyway. It’s just a question about time when the house of cards crumbles. No money nothing to share

That's why mass immigration is being fast tracked too. Government debts being guaranteed via taxpayers. Western leaders have made suicidal deals.

Quite possible it’s a suicidal deal by the politicians. My hope is that political leaders take their lives first and not my life

I believe accepting immigration is part of the deal to accept and guarantee repayment of loans. Hopefully those who made these deals meet the justice that they ought to. I'd like to see them pay for their crimes.

The talk about "need more people to replace the old white folks" is complete nonsense anyway. Europeans given just one decade's incentive (think Italy) via safe borders, family financial aid and relief from tax insanity, could reproduce fast and happily. Banks hate that, too.

This is exactly what we see in Japan. Outside of the big cities, real estate is worthless and costs more to bulldoze the house than it is worth, thanks to population decline.https://youtu.be/1SiPGP_BDS4

If only the boomers could've watched the value of their properties fall and given up their unfunded pensions, maybe they would've had grandkids

I'm a boomer with an overvalued house, and I want to see prices go down. Why? I have three millennial children, who are starting families and need a place to live. It would be good for younger people to be able to afford houses. I'm willing to tighten my belt for that.

Canadian women fertility rate is well below replacement level but yet there is non stop construction of homes throughout the Greater Toronto area. Its not hard to see who exactly is moving in.

Most people that own houses also work like a cartel, owning other things. They will keep houses on the same level, because they have a lot more benefit of you getting credit and chaining you through debt, it doesn’t destroy anything, it wont have concequence, prices are fixed.

But, it will have started to pop anyway. Housing prices in the largest cites in Australia have started to decline and could go down with more 50% this year. Canada and Sweden's housing marked shows signs too.
