IQ is the best measure, I agree. I just wish we could measure a persons ability to make on the fly gut decisions because men are better at this then women, even if they have the same IQ. This would help enormously with choosing our political, administrative and corporate leaders

IQ qualities I'd like to see: psychopathic behaviour testing; ability to adapt to change; decision making under stress; non-emotional decisions; quick decisions with ltd. information; ego test; and unbiased analysis. IQ should measure the ability to create and effective decisions
