But there is (and always will be) a lot more single mothers than good adopting families.

I'm surprised you didn't offer the solution of the single mother not playing gate keeper while being supported in her alienation tactics by state courts. If 50/50 equal shared parenting were a norm and not an exception I feel certain the child's success would increase.

Rubbish...I'm a single mother, my husband left when our son was 2 months old. My son has just qualified as a pilot and I couldn't be more proud

You might ask him about his childhood. My father died when I was 8, I had two brothers, 10 and 12. We all turned out OK, but our childhood was rough. As I learned in sociology and anthropology classes in 1973, there is no substitute for a 2 parent family.

Is this adjusted for household income?

Doubt it. Great question.

Better yet, find a good man to help raise the child and lead the household.

Mothers do not think statistically. They are not men.

If only Stephan's anger and misdirected aggression could be harnessed for a worthy cause... That would be amazing.

He just tries to be edgy for attention. Most of these hot takes are most definitely NOT based in genuineness or logic.

There are quite a few studies that conflict with and outright contradict his claims, some of which have been posted by myself, and others. The information you want is available, should you feel compelled to pursue it.

Im not sure what vague 'statistics' you're pulling from, but according to the Institute for Family Studies, at least when it comes to early education and behavioral issues, adopted children don't fare any better than others. In fact, most do worse. https://ifstudies.org/blog/the-paradox-of-adoption/ …pic.twitter.com/zc6l1N86KH
