If you have a strong stomach try searching for circumcision complications. A lot of unnecessary pain inflicted on children, some have to live the rest of their lives in discomfort and have problems with sex or urination.

I'm clipped and I don't mind it. I don't go wandering nude through the brush, so a penile sheath doesn't seem necessary. And any lost sensitivity is good because it means sex lasts longer. But I get both sides of the argument. It's not different from braces/orthodontics.
