Maybe. But, finding a supplier for a chemical cocktail shouldn't be more difficult than locating any illegal drug. Especially if people need it to compete in a society growing exponentially in complexity. But, time will tell...

Probably for early years 0-10 is most crucial. Your parents dietary preferences and even their chastity play a role as well. IQ is more of a potential power to see patterns out of thin air thing, you can’t really change it too much.

The body of literature on that subject is immense. It's the best understood phenomenon in the social sciences. If you need someone to lead you to that data, the only excuse is that you've never looked for it on your own.

He's making claims that are perfectly in keeping with the literature on the subject. Maybe before you argue with him, and the world-renowned experts he has interviewed on the subject, you should familiarize yourself with that literature.

IQ tests loosely measure ability to critically reason, but they typically don't control for education level which has a huge impact on reasoning ability. Consequently, you'll see less developed nations with lower average scores. It does NOT mean they have less ability.
