Almost no one gets circumcised in Portugal. When I mentioned it at the hospital after my sons birth (to make sure it wasn't going to happen) they were horrified. They acted like I was asking about cutting his fingers off. We dont have any problems with intact men here.
Circumcision logic test: “Hands transmit germs, soooo I could either (a) cut off my fingers or (b) wash my hands.”

I find it odd that FGM is a despicable crime but MGM is just a movie title. There needs to be some parity.

The fingers aren't covered with useless skin. It's more like, do I wear long hair or short hair? Hair is pretty useless except for aesthetics. And long hair is harder to maintain.

foreskin isn't useless. it has several functions including protection and lubrication, among other things.
