Skin colour is only one manifestation of racial genetics, and a fairly inconsequential one.https://twitter.com/AndrewPixton/status/1079948631115948032 …

There's a problem in your framing of the question. Humans are one species. Race is at most a subcategory of species. Although most geneticists and anthropologists believe it's a mostly social construct due to skin color classification being highly superficial

Skin color isn’t inconsequential at all. It’s absolutely essential to human life on this planet. It identifies people in terms of what can be expected of them and how we are to behave, until a personal understanding can be further refined for better or worse.

If the human race goes on long enough it will be. But that would take millions of more years.

But that's the primary mode everyone defines it on. How are you demarcating them? The only area genetic groups could easily be identified is in more isolated groups, or groups that've been consistently tied to an area with minimal migration/out-breeding

If you don’t think skin color isn’t useful, you’re clearly not from Philadelphia. Skin color is important; it’s what we do that matters:https://youtu.be/Bp2tQ75pTD0

We hear a lot about race, but never about ethnicity, which I think is another important factor to look into. A person from say, the U.S., may not have the same outlook on life as a person from say, Iran, despite the fact that they may have the same skin colour.

Humans are one species. All humans are exactly the same height. . No of course they’re not, and they don’t all have the same IQ either.
