Doubt it. In the leftist language "diversity of opinions" = "not disagreeing with the party ideology", while those holding some slightly different opinions were called "revisionists". Those who completely disagreed were called "criminals", "hooligans", "imperialists" or "nazis".

Diversity to a leftist means the spectrum of Leninism to Stalism.

Surely you want to hire the best people to do the job, not just to tick "diversity" boxes. People like @Ocasio2018 are so obsessed they lose track of reality.
