Racial Prejudice is just racism with extra steps.

Racist acts are defined as violence, denial of service, ignoring, using your power to effect another based on differences, etc.. All of those CAN and DO happen to White people by non-White people.

Not only it's a con game, it's also a suggestion (most likely by a white liberal) that "people of color" don't know any better.
