Want to increase home ownership?how about 1) build more to increase supply and lower prices, 2) decrease cost of living by fixing healthcare and education, 3) increase wages by boosting the economy (increase labor demand) and decreasing the supply of imported labor?

Poor anyone's would have better financial positions. Knowing oneself,employing ones talents where they optimize abilities is sadly missing in today's educational system.

The rental market would also be far more affordable and people would have a far easier time moving to where jobs are. Extremely high housing prices are a massive drag on the economy.
