I was very annoyed with @BretWeinstein for being so incredibly dismissive of a public debate with you. Essentially, he did the same to you that was done to him by folks at Evergreen College. That is to claim your ideas weren’t worth a platform.

I may have agreed with Bret on that topic, but I vehemently disagreed with his decision and remarks towards you and found them to be extremely hypocritical especially considering his own history with deplatforming “dialectics.”

Yes, reducing sympathy is preparation, and what follows is dehumanization. Note one of Lenin’s favorites....labeling certain groups of people as “insects.” It’s easier to “exterminate” an insect, if you can brand a class of people as such.

I think it's insecure people who are so deeply invested in their ideology that it becomes their religion (faith w/o facts) and they are unable to distinguish themselves from it. So any threat to the ideology automatically invokes a survival instinct similar to a cornered animal.
