This song was pretty popular when I was a kid, no one raised a fuss.

I recently learned that most men lie to their wives to avoid conflict. "Does this dress make me look fat?" "...no?" That kind if cowardice explains it. Lots of men find it easier to lie to women, than tell a disappointing truth.
