There are fields that women are more economically productive, waitresses, hotel receptionists and such, PR, etc It might sound like a low level activity but it's an industry of billions.

I should add that it's not that they are better at those jobs. It's just the female presence in those fields is generally most attractive for business, and I don't mean sexually.
