Indians in US do significantly better than Indians in India for the same level of education. America does nurture good talent.

Only the highest IQ Africans/Indians/Pakistanis made it to the UK leading to their skewed liberal views on the equality of the races - views that are quickly dispelled after spending any amount of time in Africa...

This is actually 100% true, I've seen studies on this in years past and I've seen the effects IRL. Brain drain migration, as it's sometimes called.

exactly, 80% of immigrants from India to America have a university education where as the Indian general population is probably less than 10%?

And I have seen the Indians like to hire Indians and once the majority switch happens your dev team falls apart.

What do you mean by fall apart? I have never been on a majority Indian team or company though I am from India. I have not noticed Indians favoring hiring of indians exclusively though I have noticed nepotism and favoritism as examples of some things that destroy healthy teams.

It's only at two large corporations where I have seen this happen. Falls apart as the existing team sees the favoritism where the new hires only help the other Indians on the team, and the existing team is frustrated and quits, taking their knowledge with them.

Yes. It’s the 1% in India and all others parts of nations around the world who goes to America because they’ve been educated in levels beyond what’s in their country. And therefore belongs, ripe & ready for another level of challenges, intellectually.

Indians as Chinese the more people you have some will have higher IQ, then these migrate.
