America is not socialist by any stretch and has plenty of prostitutes stefan. And they were probably forced to do it because they it's the most effectient way to produce capital under capitalism for them.

There is a difference between being a prostitute because you make more money, but have the option to be a minimum wage earner versus being a prostitute because it is the only way you can avoid starvation.
