This is an amateur opinion. There are societal factors in India and other Asian countries that prevent educated youth from realizing their full talent. Reward for hard work is meager. Governments are mostly socialist.Corruption is rampant.

Thus forcing many to seek better lives abroad. It is more voluntary migration than "poaching". Comparing our migration to poaching is asinine and an insult to our intelligence.

The same thing is happening in Eastern & Southeastern Europe! Countries like Germany, Austria, the Netherlands are literally sucking highly skilled labour from EE, which is setting EE up for a disaster in the near future. There will be noone to build those countries up.
